How To Blur A Photo


Step 1. Open your photo From file menu.

 

Step 2. Select this "pen tool" which is highlight in this photo.

Step 3. Select your photo area which you want to blur, like shown  below.

Step 4. combine both corners togather.

Step 5. For Selection press "Ctrl+Enter". 

Step 6. open lens blur from filter menu.

Step 7. Another window will open that is shown in below picture.
           uncheck "invert" of right side of your photo.

Step 8. Now you can see the background of "effel tower" is blur.
            

 then press "OK"

Step 10. Its time to save your photo from file menu.

Step 11. Select target where you want to save your photo.

                    Your photo is ready. :)
