"How To Create A Custom Motion On Photoshop".

Step 1. Open your photo from file menu.

Step 2. Select "magnetic lasso tool" which is shown in below.

Step 3. Select your photo area which you want to select.

Step 4. When you complete your selection press "click" two times.

Step 5. Press "Ctrl+J" two times   for                two new layers.

  But select layer 1. 

Step 6. Use "move tool" which is highlighted  below.

      

Step 7. Drag the copy away from this subject  with the move tool selected, click on your main subject and with your mouse button held down, drag a short distance away from the subject's orignal location in the direction the subject would have been coming from.

Step 8. Change the layer bend mode to soft light.

Step 9. Lower the opacity to 66% of the layer .

Step 10. Now repeat the "Step 7 & 8".



Step 11.  After "Step 10"
               you will see the below result.
